IDC Staff

Description

Just as scuba divers look to divemasters, Instructor Candidates truly respect IDC Staff Instructors. As their name suggests, IDC Staff Instructors help train instructors and share their knowledge and experience with new PADI leaders. Taking the IDC Staff Instructor course provides you with an in-depth understanding of the instructor development process and prepares you to train the next generation of PADI professionals. It is also a great advancement in your professional career.

Master Scuba Diver Trainers (MSDTs) who are prepared to be excellent role models and agree to use the PADI System and its components in its entirety may participate in an IDC Staff Instructor course.
